RESERVATIONS POLICY
We allow a 15-minute grace period for all reservation times. Please notify us if you or someone in your party is running behind so we can best accommodate all parties. As we are a small, independent restaurant with very limited seating capacity, any party of 5 or above is considered a large party. A credit card is required to place a reservation for any large parties of 5 or more. If a reservation for a party of 5 or more is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a $10 per person cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file. If any individuals of a reservation do not show, a $10 per person cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file. Deposits for large parties must be paid in advance, but do not guarantee reservation will be confirmed. If reservation cannot be accommodated, the deposit will be returned upon rejection.
PLEASE NOTE: All deposits will be returned to the credit card with which the deposit was made, through the reservation system. There are no exceptions, and no deposits will be deducted from the check.
Depending upon your financial institution, the refund may take up to 10 days to be received. While we will assist in any way we can, we do not control the period of time for refund.
Reservation requests must be confirmed by the hostess. All reservations submitted are considered "pending" and are not reservations until a confirmation is received. Once you submit your request, it will be responded to by a phone call or text confirmation from the hostess, alerting you that your request has been transitioned from a "pending request" to a "confirmed reservation." During the holiday season, we recommend placing requests at least 2 weeks in advance. Please be advised that the typical response time is within 72 hours—it may be sooner when possible, or later depending upon date/time in relation to request date and number of reservations placed in advance of yours. All reservations are reviewed and approved in the order in which they are received.
